What You Can Expect:
A unique culinary experience where the chef cooks for you, demonstrates some parts of the recipes and tells you all about the type of cuisine, why the choice of ingredients, talks on substitutions when necessary, explains and shows steps and let you know of the quality and source of vegetables and fruits.

Of course, a couple of personal and hopefully entertaining stories come along, all in a welcoming and festive hospitality, provided by the Lakehouse Kitchens staff, making the evening a delicious, remarkable and memorable event…

Fennel and Orange Salad

Anise notes of crispy fennel and sweet- tart orange on bitter arugula leaves to expand your palate.

Minestrone al Pesto

Homey, comforting, classic Italian vegetable soup topped with pesto.

Braised Balsamic Radiccio & Sautéed Rosemary Broccolini

Balsamic glazed radiccio wedges & earthy, woodsy rosemary to complement the slightly bitter and peppery broccolini taste.

Lentil Meat Balls with Romesco Sauce served on Cauliflower Rice

Enjoy this dish with a “different” tomato sauce. You’ll be enchanted by the Spanish Romesco (roasted tomato, red pepper and almond sauce). And a “different” pasta: cauliflower rice!

Pear Frangipane

Delicious, firm pears on a crispy crust with almond paste.
