Refund policy
All printed book and eBook sales are final. There are no refunds.
We accept replacement requests for printed books damaged in transit. To be eligible for a replacement, please take a photo of the packaging and damaged book and send us a message here: contact, as soon as possible within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond and let you know whether your replacement request is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent a replacement book and may keep or dispose of the damaged book in a legal and safe manner according to the laws of the country where the damaged book is being disposed of.
Any replacement requests after 30 days from date of order will not be accepted.
