What You Can Expect:
A unique culinary experience where the chef cooks for you, demonstrates some parts of the recipes and tells you all about the type of cuisine, why the choice of ingredients, talks on substitutions when necessary, explains and shows steps and let you know of the quality and source of vegetables and fruits.

Of course, a couple of personal and hopefully entertaining stories come along, all in a welcoming and festive hospitality, provided by the Lakehouse Kitchens staff, making the evening a delicious, remarkable and memorable event…

Stuffed Baby Peppers

Mild, sweet mini peppers, filled with a cashew-herb cream, baked to perfection to start off the culinary “Tour of Europe” with finger food of class!

Asparagus & Mushroom Spring Soup

Delicate meets earthy to satisfy our longing for spring in this creamy and chunky soup.

Warm Lentil Salad with Roasted Vegetables

Beluga lentils and roasted vegetables with a mustard vinaigrette. Served warm.

Vegetable Strudel with Tomato Dijon Sauce

Savoury, crispy roll filled with vegetables and cashew cream. Served with fresh tomato-Dijon sauce - the way it is served in Germany!

French Apple Tart

Pure, simple glazed apples on a buttery and slightly sweet crust.
