What You Can Expect:
A unique culinary experience where the chef cooks for you, demonstrates some parts of the recipes and tells you all about the type of cuisine, why the choice of ingredients, talks on substitutions when necessary, explains and shows steps and let you know of the quality and source of vegetables and fruits.

Of course, a couple of personal and hopefully entertaining stories come along, all in a welcoming and festive hospitality, provided by the Lakehouse Kitchens staff, making the evening a delicious, remarkable and memorable event…

French Onion Tart Bites

Caramelized onions on crispy layers of Phyllo crust.

“Bonne Femme” Vegetable soup

Chunky seasonal vegetables in a creamy broth with Herbs de Provence.

Salad Niçoise

Romaine hearts, green beans à la vinaigrette, nugget potato-caper salad, tomatoes, Provençal marinated olives and “Tofu-Tuna” salad.

Broiled Local Asparagus

With Slow Roasted Tomatoes, ‘bathed’ in Tarragon Butter and sprinkled with Roasted Citrussy Crumbs for a crunchy touch.

Apple Galette

Tart and juicy apples enveloped in a buttery crust with cinnamon and a hint of lemon.
