What You Can Expect:
A unique culinary experience where the chef cooks for you, demonstrates some parts of the recipes and tells you all about the type of cuisine, why the choice of ingredients, talks on substitutions when necessary, explains and shows steps and let you know of the quality and source of vegetables and fruits.

Of course, a couple of personal and hopefully entertaining stories come along, all in a welcoming and festive hospitality, provided by the Lakehouse Kitchens staff, making the evening a delicious, remarkable and memorable event…

Caribbean Black-Eye-Pea

Unique vibrant flavours achieved with a combination of traditional tropical tastes and other more classic ingredients of western cuisines

Celery (or other root vegetable if not available) Medallion with Tahitian Salad

Greens, palm hearts, avocados, sprouts with a Tahitian mayonnaise. Served on a root medallion

Curried Spinach, Coconut Forbidden Rice and Tofu

Wilted fresh spinach in a light curry sauce, served with coconut black rice and baked Tofu

Tapioca Coconut Pudding with Tropical Fruit Salad

Ginger, cinnamon, lemon grass, cilantro and mint infused tapioca in coconut cream for the most delightful pudding you have ever tried
